Veragua Toad Bufo veraguensis?

I've tentatively identified this toad as B. veraguensis thanks to help from Sea McKeon. However, there have been several new species of Bufo described from the cloud forests of the eastern Andes recently and it seems like the taxonomy is far from set in stone. As always please let me know if you have a better ID or any other comments on this individual.
